We accept online payments via PayPal which take most major credit and debit cards – all cards are processed via PayPal’s secure server so you can place an order with complete confidence. Order Processing & Delivery
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and most will be fulfilled with 3-5 working days. We guarantee to fulfil all orders with 14 days for UK customers. Please ensure you select the correct shipping rate for each item ordered. We will not fulfil orders where the postage has been wrongly calculated. If you do not choose a shipping rate you will be charged at the overseas rate! UK orders incur no postage or packing charges. Overseas orders will charged at£3 for the first book and then £1.00 for each additional book sent.

Out of Stock/Order processing errors
We will try to inform you prior to processing your order via e-mail if your title is unavailable for any reason. Where this is not possible we will contact the you to arrange a full refund. Whilst we make every effort to avoid errors in payment processing and delivery, where problems do occur we will contact you to arrange a full refund/alternative arrangements.

Returns policy
We do not refund unwanted items however you may return any product purchased found to be damaged/faulty on delivery within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return the item in the original packaging, including a copy of the invoice/despatch note, to:
